Week 5 was on Tuesday, 25 October 2011. In this session, we learnt about Anatomy of MS Windows OS. It was talking about some improvements of Microsoft Windows, starting from Windows XP/Vista to Windows 7.

we got our new lecturer Mr.azamuddin...he also sporting like Mr.Azhar..he told us to create a group n make a presentation..my group member all malaysian student..sabariah n raifana...we were very blur on that day...we r the last group present...all student was finish their claz..only 3 of us left..because of that..our lecturer juz ask my group to present im malay..hahahah..(special group...;-) )

 It was that there would be new lecturer for the next lecturing session. Mr. Azhar would not teach us again. He would be substituted by the new lecturer. However, we still could meet him to ask about ICT in library.

session 1

Week three was in the first week of October 2011. It was on Tuesday, 4 October 2011. We leant about Software Layers: Operating System, Drivers, System Software, and Application Program. At this chance, we needed to remember about Software Layers. It was written that in Software Layers:

Computer User =)) Application =)) Operating System =)) Device Drivers =)) System Software (Bios) =)) Computer Hardware

Then, we were also asked to create a chart or diagram about this point. Some students presented their diagrams. I presented my diagram as well.

At this time, we learnt about various things, such as: introduction the names of the software, hardware, some jargons in computer, and number systems. For the software and hardware, we did not spend much time. It was just to know the name of those things. For number system, we spent a plenty of time, because we needed to know these number systems.

                 WEEK 1
session 1

In this session, we introduced ourselves. We gave some info about ourselves. It was just an ice breaking. Our lecturer just wanted to know our names and our countries. After that, we talked about what we knew about Information, Communication, and Technology. Some of us told about definition of IT. Some others mentioned about internet and so on. The last, we had to create a blog for our study. This blog will be a media for us to share the knowledge about what we had learnt in the class. We also should submit our report about what were happening for previous classes. It was like a diary. We should report it weekly. Overall, this session was about some information regarding our course.

SESSION 2

It was on Thursday in the evening. Our lecturer had come back to teach us. We learnt about devices on computer. Devices could be for input, processing, and output. I liked this topic. I already learnt a little bit about computer devices from my father n my teacher when i study at maktab mahmud alor star,even it just a simple, it was really important for me, because I could connect to the material given.

Next, we talked about our blog. At this time,mr. azhar ask nuredy and sis melisa to show their blog as an example to us..im really jelous to them coz they blog was very nice but i dont know how make it nice like them..huhu:-(

                                        WEEK 2

SESSION 1

In this session, Miss Halawati substituted Mr. Azhar for lecturing us. She taught about computer and the history about it. We learnt about history of computer from the first generation until the recent generation. We were using the fifth generation of computer. For this session, I had no idea. I only knew a little idea about the beginning of internet. I thought that internet was in the same history like computer.
